By leveraging the power of ESPN's platforms, Mandy worked with the marketing team of ESPN's X Games property to develop and launch a brand new unified snowboarding competition in 2015, which paired one professional action sports athlete with one Special Olympics athlete, for two-person teams who competed as part of an official X Games event - medals and all! The event has since become an annual staple featuring celebrity action sports stars such as Hannah Teter and Chloe Kim.
